WHO AM I?

MIRKO KAREINEN

I have coached dozens of different e-sports teams & players as well as running an international business through Life in Balance Careers. 

• As a coach, I'm helping eSports players that are not living their full potential to find their inner strength to live a fulfilled life and balanced life
• As an agent, I'm helping eSports players to create a career plan that includes planning goals, contract negotiations, partner- and sponsorship's negotiations
• As a National Director, I'm recruiting, training, and mentoring other coaches to thrive in their life and business

In my spare time I love reading books, making podcasts as well as YouTube videos. As a counterbalance to talking and filming, I ride a motorcycle and go hunting!
